A warm, peaceful space for relaxation, connection, and reflection.
Our sauna is built around the belief that plants, intention, and community are all key to healing both body and mind. Through it, we offer a communal space honoring the simplicity of Nordic sauna tradition to nurture our bodies, deepen our connections to nature and foster collective belonging.
In many places, especially where sauna traditions have deep roots, community saunas are more than wellness facilities — they’re social institutions.
It has been a great joy of mine to create a safe and soulful “third space” at our garden center and ELDR has evolved organically as an extension of that community to deepen these connections by offering a space honoring the elements and rhythms of the land.
